SPS Question Flow

Hello, its my first time in this section of the forums. Took the plunge into easy SPS, went to the LFS and bought a green Monti Cap, a Pink one, and a green Birdsnest along with some other softies and LPS. I put them all on the sand bed for light acclimation. I am running 2 250w MH's on a 110G tank. The birdsnest was under a 250w MH and I think the caps were under T5's. All my high flow areas are one the top of the tank. On the sand, there is very little flow. What should I do so the SPS get enough flow, but don't burn out from high lighting.

SPS doesn´t burn so easy.

Move the coral to the middle of the tank , wait a couple of days and them move to the high flow area

Be careful, because a direct flow can damage the coral, even SPS
