Sps under T5

Can I put sps coral in my 75 gallon reef tank using a nova extreme six like t5 light.

I have used T5s over SPS for a while, and they grew well and showed excellent color. I think an 8 bulb fixture would be ideal, but 6 could work just fine. Of course, SPS in the upper half of the tank would do better, and maybe montis, LPS, or softies would like the lower light at the bottom.

Absolutely. I just switched from three AI Sol Super Blues to 6x39watt ATI T5 fixture...in two weeks more color on my SPS and slightly better growth.

I ran the AIs for over a year and the T5 are slightly better... for me...

With a tank your size you can grow Acros on the bottom with T5s.. The myth that started years ago about T5s not being able to grow acros has been totally debunked! what bulbs are you running...I have the same size fixture and I'm just curious?
