what are the effects of xenia touching SPS, does anyone know if they can touch each other and co-exist???

no they cant the xeina WILL kill the sps

They won't. Not in all cases - in fact, never in my tank.
It depends on the particular SPS.
I've had Xenia (pompom) touching several SPS in my tank for months until I got the time to putz around and trim them. There was no damage done to any of the Acros (millepora, prostrata, tenuis) or the Pachyseris and Montis.

I too have some Pom Pom Xenia touching some Acro's.....doesn't appear to be causing any problems so far.

its the normal pulsing xeina, iv got white pom pom and thts ok . im under the impression tht its normal pulsing.

My Xenia touching every day some sps, and I don't see any problems too .

I've had the Red-Sea, plain old xenia touching SPS without any problems

I have pulsing xenia touching a Green Digi colony with no ill efects. Not even less polyp extension.
