i was wondering if this is a normal place they would go, hes a little under the rock on its side, do they do this because it feels comfortable there or is it from to much light.

They look for something solid to hold so they can attach. Of course my squamosa always liked the sand. Go figure.

Love the color on that one.

It looks like your having a diotom bloom. How long has tank been set up??

Great lookin clam, is that blue i see?

this tanks been up since december but it was a transfer, the algae on the clam is gone now it was there for a day or 2 and went away, i had a emerald crab die in the sump and that might have caused it but i do get little outbreaks like that once in a while like you see in the pic, as far as the sand goes it allways looks like that because its regular play sand from HD,and color is on the clam is like a light greenish.
