It appears that they are able to shoot flow up from the bottom somehow to help keep circular flow but it cannot be as efficient as a classic kreisel aquarium and likely has some dead spots that you can't see with the eye. Not to mention that the flat sides are harder on the jellies when they bump into them versus sliding along a smooth curved surface. You'll also end up with dead spots in a normal rectangular tank.
Your best bet is to stick with circular kreisels. Tested, tried, and true for years and the general accepted way to successfully keep pelagic organisms suspended in the water column.
