Hi
Its not practical to keep squid in the home aquarium. The are very nervous, aggresive animals that require large circular or oval tanks that contain hundreds of gallons of water. If squid are kept in a undersize or box shape tank they can suffer butt burn from shooting into the glass. Most squid are also nocturnal so bright lighting is harmful and stressful to them.
