Stag Coral Issue

My Stag coral is still getting whiter on one of the brances. I have dosed it twice in Kent Tech - D and it does not appear to be getting any better.

Does anyone have any ideas what could be the problem. I have had this coral over six months now and it has been growing rapidly and all water parameters are excellent. I really am stumped.

Any ideas or advice?? Oh and my Flame Angel is leaving it alone now that I have moved the coral.

Do a search for RTN or Rapid Tissue Necrosis.

Unfortunately it's a common and usually fatal condition.

You could try fragging of the dead part and it might stop it from spreading. Also frag off a healthy branch and put it somewhere else in the tank as a backup.
