I found this interesting stand design over a year go and I saved the photos and forgot where I saved them. Although I remembered the basics of the design, I am really glad I finally found them because I will be building a stand this way in the coming months, maybe longer. (I really am motivated)
What I like about this design is the layering of the joints. Add some wood glue and you have a stand that will hold up to almost anything. I will make some changes to add strength and ease of adding the panels that close it up. I don't think the biscuts are necessary but they wouldn't hurt.
