Stand Question

Last night I purchased the Mr Aqua 25 gallon cube to set up in my office at work. Today I went looking for something I can use as a stand for it. My goal is to make it look like an 'executive' piece of furniture that is a focal point of my office for clients. I came across this piece, but the top dimensions are 18 x 22. Any issues do you think if the sizes are exactly the same? What if the tank ends up being slightly larger than the 18" listed for the top? Also the stand looks like the top over hangs the body of it by an inch all the way around, will this cause any issues? Thanks for any input.

I would recommend supporting the entire bottom of the tank as much as possible. I am not sure how your tank is made but they need support. Maybe you can cut a piece of wood to fit the bottom of the tank and stain it to match the furniture and attach to the top of the stand. It may stick over a little but so would the tank anyway.
