star id please

Hi everyone! Can someone please id my sea star for me? Also, anyone know anything about the red and green algae in my tank? Thank you so much

its hair algae...
get a sea hare it will eat it all up lol
in mt 30 i put one in and it had it clear in 2 days...


not sure about the star though

It may be a Pentaceraster tuberculatus, which is an opportunistic feeder.

It can apparently vary in appearance.
