That's a Asterina Starfish. Totally harmless. 
Was looking in my tank one night - well obsessing I guess.. But, I found this star. Is it good / bad? This is all the better picture I can get. Its about 1/2 inch right now. Thanks!
Harmless yes, but they can reach infestation levels. I know some people actually pick up a couple of Harlequin Shrimps to deal with the many asterina starfishes in their tanks. The only problem with that though is you would have to sell those shrimps away or they will starve to death after their done with the asterina in their tanks.
