Starboard Questions, Going Bare!!!

I've tossed out my sand and I'm ready to set up my 90g AGA as a BB reef, only prob is I don't know where to get starboard, how to measure for best fit or how to cut it. Can anyone help?

Measure the outside and subtract the glass thickness. Then I would subtract 1/4" so that you have room to play.

Use a router and round off the bottom edge. If you don't do this the silicone on the tank will get in the way.

Sweet setup! Where did you get the hard plumbing? I'm tired of digging through a tube jungle every time I access my sump.

Go thru you're phone book. You will be surprised how much you can find local without having to order online.

Thanks. I do have another question about the thickness of the starboard. Is it possible to go with 1/2" thickness, or in other words is there a particular reason you're using 3/4" ?

I used marble tiles from lowes and it looks great, and they were much cheaper than starboard...
