Starboard

Reef tanks - Line the bottom of your reef tank with one of our polyethylene boards. It helps to protect the bottom of your tank in the event that you drop something on it while setting up/moving your tank.

 ... now THERE is a new use for a cutting board on me.... !

I guess I can still learn new tricks !

Pics please! :D

I'm thinking about putting some cattle on my property. Maybe we can do some business.

Dave, you really weren't aware of the starboard thing? Do a search on RC, you'll find some 100 page threads! IMO bare bottom works fine without starboard. It get covered with coral soon enough anyway.

a smoker is a great,we do a lot,but expect to have a lot of free time, we smoked 2 , 5lbs pork shoulders last month. total cook time = 14 hours!lol

Dan, I can't search, I don't support RC .... LOL

Nope never new about someone using cutting boards as bottoms of tanks. I'd think it would be a lot more difficult to get rock work to be safe and non-slip on the plastic than on bare glass. THe cutting boards I have at work are slippery as hell when brand new for a few months.

My mother drove a 70 Chevelle LS6 as her first car! :D It is my car now, but in need of full restoration. My father stuck a 350 in it back in the 70's due to high gas prices. He sold the original 454 block to a friend who grenaded it at Lebanon Valley, but he still has the heads/intake and original Holley 4 barrel that came on them. The intake and carb are worth the most I guess. 454 blocks are a dime a dozen. Pops almost got one a couple months back but the guy wanted too much for it. I soo cant wait to be driving around in a fully restored, all original LS6. Will be a LONG while before that happens though.

P.S. NO ITS NOT FOR SALE
I used to have atleast 1 person a month stop at my house and ask if the car was for sale...told everyone of them the same thing. NOOOOOOOOOO! :smokin:

That smoker looks like it will be bad @$$ when completed. My uncle made one similiar using a 55 gal drum cut in half. He also made a sweet control box for it all encased in acrylic. I cant remeber what the control box consisted of, I remeber a temp probe coming out of it and a few other things. Its been a long while since I've seen it. Good luck with the project.

Chevelle-SS's have always been my Fav

Grew up with a '72 SS-Chevelle factory orange w black vinyl top. Ordered new. Only a 350 which was swaped out for a tricked RHS 350

If i was rich and had the cash I'm partial to the '67-68 SS 396 chevelle rag top ;) In red. I've always liked the 396 not as common.

Whale whats your plans with the '69? All jokes aside. Dual headlight years are the best;)

PS: Sticker on the '72 Chevelle was $3800 How car prices have climbed.
