decide if you would rather go glass vs starboard. i read a lot of info on detritus and such gathering in the seams and underneath the board. detritus is the enemy of bb.
Tap plastic has seaboard and high density polyeurathen (sp?) boards that they can cut to your size, and I found it cheaper than mail ordering considering the big shipping charge for the heavy board.

i just ordered my starboard from thecuttingboard...decently priced..shipping was okay because i told them to cut it in half
viper- could i used silicon on acrylic tanks or should i go with weld on 16???
