Starfire Glass

I got my Starphire from Dan Glass in Raleigh, NC, but most of the glass places I called could get it in. I'm not sure about the 3/4" though. Mine was 3/8"

Thanks,

I'll give them a call. I have one vendor locally that says he can order it for me but I haven't been able to get a price yet. I spoke with several other glass shops and all said they don't carry it and or can't order it

Ummm. I'm 99% positive that there is no 3/4" Starphire brand glass. There is 3/4" low-iron glass, but none made by PPG called Starphire.

Some people have been sold "starphire" and when they get it home they discover the green tinge in the panels, apparently thohse are the Low Iron glass.
I would Inspect the glass when you get it to make sure you are happy with it before you pay for it.

I got a quote for a tank with that was supposed to be 3/4 "Starfire" However, no one locally seems to be able to quote me a price and most just say it is not available.

I am designing a 96"X40"X34" and need a pane of starfire 96" X 34" any suggestions

Is it low iron or low lead? I always heard it was low lead.
