Very challenging to try and determine from these photos. It appears to be all a uniform color, possibly red in color, and more "textured" than smooth in finish. Those traits, along with the shape of the arms leads me to believe it is possibly a species within the broader Linckia sp. family.

For that general shape and color, my other suspicion would be possibly a Fromia milleporella.

My thinking is the same. First thing that popped into my head was Linckia or Fromia species.
