Yes it is an outline of a regal angel. I am doing fish I have owned in the past and fish I own now.

When it's done it will cover 100% of my arm, wrist to shoulder.

Very cool. Trevis did my koi tattoos. I have appointments in March and April to finish up my half sleeve. I debated salt fish but went with koi.
