starting a 33g cube

hey guys, just about to start a neww 33g cube any advice or tips??? its going to be a FOWLR system to start with, and possible mini reef at l8er date?? so im looking at reef safe stocking, at the mo poss 2 comman clowns 2 firefish, and some red leg hermits and blue legged ?? how many could i keep?? and poss some star fish, any ideas??????????????:strooper:

my stock as of now is a 33g cube, red sea prism deluxe skimmer, fluval 204 external filter for carbon and rowa phos, aquaball1212 power head, uv light,and a hydor bioflo for filter outlet, ive got aragnite fine grain sand, i havnt got the means for ro water so im using a deionizer to run the water through b4 salt mix will this be ok???? also im not to sure about any dosing??? do i need to do any??
