Starting a GSM/RBTA Tank looking for advice

I will be starting a tank build here once I figure everything out. Ok as far as what I am planning. I will be building a 24"x24"x20" tank 50 gal. and depending on if and how expensive i would like starfire glass for the front. I am planning on putting it in wall. Lighting I am looking at getting 175W Lumenarc pendent with a reeflux 14000K bulb (mini or large?). Around 50lbs. fiji premium. Sand or Bare-bottom. Looking at a skimmer, probably another ASM. I have a GenX40 that's sitting around and was wondering if I should go with a Closed loop through an Oceans motions, or get a Seio. I just got a couple for my other tank and love them.
My questions are should i go with the mini or large pendent and i would like to have just MH lighting so is 14K cool or get the 20K. is 175W sufficient for a 20" tank. Is sand necessary because I really don't like it. and should i go with the seios for the wider flow pattern.
Any suggestions or comments will help with my decisions.

I have the reeflux 12k bulb and i find its very purple, i would go with 10k. I would go with the new Hydor powerheads as well

I like bb shallow tanks +100 astrea snails for algae clean up. 10K is all you need for btas.

Starfire is really nice (just the front).

Lumenarics are great. Seios are not great at all. Tunze streamers and euroreef are expensive, but you will like them longterm.

i have been looking at the new nano streams and was thinking with there design it would probably be safest for an anemome. would you guys go with the 175W or up it to 250W? 10K reeflux in a mini pendent is looking like the plan. Are closed loops a no no with anems? what type of flow is required for anems? is it around 20X turnover or more?

250w definetly i like the lumenmax or the lumenarcs but if exposed the lumenmax is nicer looking

i like my nanostreams i dont like closed loops lots of electricity

i like my ushio 20k not too blue but lots of white ushio 14k would be a nice lots of white verry little Blue. but no yellow

GSMguy, I'm liking the nanostream6025X2 package you have going on. with the 50gal makes about 30X turnover with the return added. I was hoping anems were high, wide flow creatures. Ok so I think I have an idea of what I should go with, any extra comments or concerns are more than welcome. I am going with a 24"x24"x20" tank starfire front inwall. Barebottom with 50lbs of fiji LR. Lumenarc mini pendent with most likely the 14K reeflux on a coralvue ballast 250W. two nano stream 6025 for circulation with a TBD return pump. I will look into euroreef skimmer, but will probably end up with another ASMG1X.
I love this hobby, keeps getting better...and I keep getting poorer.
