Starting a New Tank -- Suggestions Welcome

I'm going to be starting a new 37 Gallon Tank (FOWLR)

I will not be using a sump because of space confinements...I will be using: an Aqua C Remora Hang on with the Maxi-Jet 1200, An air tube 24", An Eheim Canister Filter equipped with Bio Balls (carbon, ceramic, foam), 2 more maxijet 1200 one with a 360 degree rotating wave maker, 150W heater. My lighting is a basic coralife fixture and a lunar light that attaches to the fixture. What should my lighting times be?

My substrate will be Arag-Alive 40#, I will be buying 45# LR from LiveAquaria (Good Choice?)...

I'll be mixing my water in the tank and then add the substrate and then the LR....then wait for the cycle....

Once the cycle is done should what type of water change should I preform (20%?)

I'll then be adding my Oscellaris Clownfish from a established 15 gallon tank and possibly some of the LR I have in there.

For A Clean up crew I need some help:

How many hermits (also types) do I need?
How many snails (types) do I need?
Same for shrimp, crabs?

Also I want to purchase another Clownfish to pair with my other and possibly a goby or blenny (any suggestions?)

What are my limits on fish?

I know this is a lot of questions but I just want to make sure I do everything right.

Thanks

Clean up crew should be 1 per gallon of water and a mix of snails and hermits works fine. I like Astrea and nassarius snails, blue leg and red reef hermits are nice.

After you are cycled a 20% water change will do fine. You are looking for 0 NitrItes and a spike in NitrAtes to know you are finished with your cycle. Ammonia should be at 0 as well.

A watchman goby is always fun.

I would stay away from anything that had bio-balls in it because after awhile they become a Nitrate storage facility.
