i have a 10 gallon i would like to turn into a SS tank
i have 3 large rocks and a large conch shell
on the 3 rocks seperatly i will put GSP, Xenia, and glove polyps and on the conch i will put a kenya tree

my question is, will i need to dose anything i the tank??
and do you think this is a good setup?
i really want the tank to be simple and grow very fast to fill in nicely

I don't think you will need to dose anything. all you will need to do is keep up on water changes because of the small volume of water. make sure that evaporation is a minimum because on tanks of that size, the salinity can easily get thrown off if you don't stay on top of it. to ensure fast growth make sure you have good light and clean water and you should be good to go.

Since you're just keeping a handful of corals, you might could also try to find a more colorful kenya tree than the common variety, which have pretty forms but are a boring (IMO) brown. I've seen nice greenish or purplish ones with brown polyps at my LFS, and similar ones (including a blue variety) offered online. I had one of the greenish ones; aside from not liking too much MH lighting, it was easy to take care of and a regular frag factory--it dropped babies all over the tank.

imo you do not need to dose a softie tank. You will get everything you need from your weekly waterchanges. What i would suggest is is running some carbon as softies tend to release alot of toxins (chemicle warfare).
