I have brown algea over 90% of all rocks and sand is starting to get brown as well
looking for some help

Should be just diatoms according to how long the tank has been running. First stages of the tank/water settling in, nothing to be concerned with. It will cover the rocks and sand, and probably glass somewhat, but it should start to disappear within a week or 2

Make sure your flow is adequate too
