When Black Friday hit I stumbled upon this 60g for 50% off so I took the opportunity. Since my 40 breeder was only a month or so old I thought I'd shut it down since my stand/ basically everything seemed too space consuming/ limited me on what I wanted in a reef.
I picked this up and started it only a few days ago.
New sand (seeded with my old sand) all the same LR and since it's empty I nuked it for the cyano I had in my older tank.
I really have wanted melanurus wrasse and the 40 was too small. This tank seems to be what I want to go with in a reef system. A central stack of rock, coral heavy, a pair of melanurus, pair of clowns, and a large cleanup crew possibly algae blenny.
I added an aquaclear 70 modded for Chaeto.
