starting reef tank anyone hear of this uv sterlizer

I purchased a used 65 gal tank with some assort aquarium supplies one of which was a "œ Super filter pump uv "œ that's what is says on the box it's a 13 watt model. It is made by Shanghia ruby industries

Can any one tell ,me anything about this item, I am in the process of setting up a 65 gallon reef tank and was wondering if I could or should use it
