Starting the STARS frag tank

Hello members,

I will be returning the Items that were donated for the Frag Tank.
As soon I get together with Andy, I will cordinate with everybody that donated items to get them their Items back.

The project has been at a stand still for a while, and I will be leaving El Paso soon so I want to make sure everybody gets their stuff back
