starting to look like my dream tank- pics of my 70 gallon andmy new clam

the tank has settled down now and all the corals are coloring up all nice and bright, my little green monticap is greener than ever before and its grown a bit more as well so i figured that now would be a good time for some newbies. so today i got a blue clam for $28 at the coral reef shop andsince i now havet5 lights it should do just fine, and if its still alive and well in 5 months i plan to get a more colorful one.

here is a full tank shot, i will post closeups later

it has a CPR backback skimmer, 2 HOB filters (under rated but mainly used for carbon) many fricken powerheads, T5 lights with moon lights and no sump but LOADS of live rock.

close up of the clam and such, the only fake corals in this tank is that yellow SPS uptop and a green one on the other side of the tank since i cannot afford a live one that size

close up of the center. with the monticaps are there different kinds? my green one has lots of ridges and ripples on the surface and on the edge, as as does the new orange one i just bough today, BUT in the past i bought a orange and purple monticap that were more smooth in texture and they died....
