Steam / Stream 2 / Nanostream Dimensions

I'm thinking of purchasing two controllable Tunze powerheads. However, I'm unsure if I want to go with a pair of Turbelle® stream 6101 (660 to 3,170 gph) pumps or Turbelle® nanostream® 6055 (264 to 1,453 gph) pumps. I'm also thinking of holding out for the new Stream 2's / Turbelle® stream 6105 (792 to 3,434 gph) that are supposed to come out later this year.

Can you provide with some physical dimensions (size) of each pump? All I can seem to find is their outer diameters and output. I'm curious as to how much room needed from the glass to their tip.

Do all three of them (6101, 6055, & 6105) have the wide, soft flow feature?

Dennis, you can find the dimension of all the new tunze on the Interzoo thread. I remember i saw it on there somewhere..

I just breezed through the Interzoo thread, and all I could find were the outside diameters and output diameters. It did have the complete measurements of the Nano Wavebox though.

It would be awesome if someone would have a picture with the three sitting side-by-side as well as some measurements. Maybe Roger or someone at MACNA XX can take a picture of the three for comparison.

To really appreciate the size difference of the Stream 2 you have to see them mounted, with the holder the Stream 2 is the same depth as the Stream with no holder, the original mounting hardware added over an 1" to the Stream. Figure a stream 2 is roughly 1/2" smaller in height and width and 1" smaller in depth.
