NEPA as in where? When I lived in Hazleton I had a place do some steel work for my tank and I'm sure with the small job I had done they could do a large job or you.
There is a beltway that goes behind the hospital. It's on that road. I don't remember the name off hand but will be in that area this weekend. When I drive past it I'll update this thread with the name of the place.
