Anyone know of a S. Florida company who makes top-notch steel stands? I need a 2Wx4Lx3H to support a 150 gallon?

thanks

I am also interested in this.

I need a reinforced steel stand for a tank with dimensions:

72"L x 36"W x 24"H - around 270G.

If anyone has any info it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Mike

GulfStream Customs was at our event on Sunday, and they had some nice steel stands. Build quality looked excellent, and they powdered coated everything. They also displayed a sample with a removeable wooden face for full access to the equipment below. Pretty neat stuff.

They're not exactly local, based out of Daytona if I remember.

I spoke with them briefly at the swap but i was looking for somebody who is a little more local than Daytona.

Thanks for the info Jeff. Alos remember to let me know if you still want the frag.

i can try asking my boss and welder if he would be interested in making a few but i highly doubt he would since hes always busy. im hoping if i upgrade to a bigger tank i can convince him to let me make one. he would probably only charge me the cost of material and like $50 or so to the welder since i can design it and cut the material myself.

anywaysyou guys can try looking up welders in the yellow pages, i know there are several that are mobile so they can drive around and probably get the material if you give them a a nice plan, for powder coating your probably gonna have to pay $$

trying to get a quote together for my uncle(nextdoor) who's looking for a tank for his kids because they always want to come over and see my tank and his daughter keeps bugging him for a tank. I'm lookin at a 175 cube. but am gunna try and get him to put it in a diffarent place so he could do a standard 210 I think. gotta quote everything to see what's the most economical!

if all this is "too expensive" I think he's just going to go with a 65...but then my poor little cousin won't be able to get any of the tangs she wants...or possibly get them really really small and get rid of them within the year. that's why I'm trying to talk him into going big!

makes sense, might as well go as big as you possibly can. That way you don't have to keep upgrading like me LOL.

I think every year I end up upgrading to a larger tank. So this next one should be it for a long time to come.

So where do you have all of your tanks right now? Are they all in your room still?
