Stichodactyla gigantea in a 75 gal.

would a Stichodactyla gigantea be fine in an all SPS 75 gal. tank? I run 2-400 watt XM20k MH's along with 2-110 watt super atanic VHO's

I reckon it would be fine. I have mine in a 50g all sps system with T5 bare bottom. It has not moved since i got it and the color has got alot deeper as well as some good growth.

I've got a haddoni in a 50gal mixed, so you should be fine.

yeah I prob. went overboard on the lights but I kinda want the best of both worlds, good growth but using a 20k for color.

yes that tank size is fine.

depending on the size of the gig when you get it and your husbandry routines it could be fine in a smaller tank. mine did fine in a 29 biocube for months before i cracked the tank. It is now enjoying more roomy accommodations.
