Still have micro bubbles with BC29 skimmer

I'm about 3 weeks into setting the skimmer up and still have micro bubbles being released into the tank. Sapphire's FAQ indicate that these should go away after the 72 hour break-in period. I've also not introduced any external remedies which would contribute to this behavior. Anyone out see the same?
