Still haven't recieved order!!!

So I placed my order on dec 20th and now it's Jan 15 still haven't recieved it aqua cave sucks won't ever order from them again!!

Have you tried contacting them to see what is going on?

What was the item? I ask only because sometimes the item might not only be out of stock, but behind at the factory as well. They usually call when something is out of stock, so not sure what is going on.

Talked to them about 5 times. First ordered on the phone gave him my po box number the guy said " come on don't po box me" so i gave him my house address so then he sent it usps which in my area only delivers to po boxes... So then they go it back and sent it to the po box again...

nice! im glad to see james is right out there making excuses for them. perhaps they should hire you james
