Still having 6205 problems

Hi, I received the replacement drive you sent me today, thanks. I put it back togeather, put it in the tank and left for work. It had a hum to it but was working for the 3-4 minutes I was there watching it. I came home to find the pump turned off. I have it on the 6091 controller you sent me a few weeks ago. I tried 2 different transformers and 3 controllers (7095,7091,6091) with all brand new wires. It still makes a humming sound (if I can get it to work by unplugging it then plugging it back in), pulses/sputters 3-4x then shuts off. I'm not sure what the problem is now but I know for sure those blue propellers don't spin as easily as the black one on my other pump 6215.200. My 6215.200 is so quiet/smooth on all modes of the 7095, the only way for me to tell its working is to look at it fish fighting the current. I have this new pump hooked up exactly like the other one and have double checked everything, not that there's much to it.

The blue vs black of the prop is not the issue, even black ones occasionally had this tight fit, I would try swapping shafts between the two drive units (original and replacement) as a next step.
