STILL having problems

I still cannot update my CART I have added things in the past and I cannot remove them or I wanted 3 and now want 2 and it always resets to the original, so I am forced to order by phone and have to pay extra for that, I have old browser not sure if that is the problem. Any thoughts this is not the first time I brought this up.

We can also gather some info from you and sent it to our IT team for troubleshooting. Perhaps the solution as simple as clearing the browser cache or cookies.
