Still one of the best, BUT

They are still one of the best and the service is quite good as are the prices.
Things have changed a little in the last 9-12 months or so and there is some decrease in the quality of the staff I speak to when I call do to phone orders.
They are just not a knowledgeable as they used to be, both about the products and about their own site.
Having said that, they are still good and I highly recommend them.
Just seems like they got too big too fast and there was a price to pay for that.
