Still waiting for my reeffanatic needle valve?

Just wondering when I am going to get the reeffanatic needle valve? It has been over 2 weeks and I have called multiple times. I need this to setup my calcium reactor that is just collecting dust in the mean time.

Everytime I call I get told that I will get called right back pretaining to my order, but never do.

Some good customer service would be great. I am a dissatisfied customer right now.

It has now been 3 weeks without my product, and over a month and a half since I purchased it!!!!

Please contact me asap because I want a complete refund!!!

Customer service is extremely nice but when you guarentee 100% satisfaction and you just leave me out to dry! All I wanted was my little fine tune adjustment knob for my co2 regulator that I ordered over a month ago and this is just ridiculous!!!

Anyone reading this I would not recommend this company for any future aquarium needs!!!!

Replacement valve was sent out on Monday, 02/04. You should receive it shortly.
Once again I apologize about the delay in getting this out to you sooner. We processed the initial replacement ticket right away and it was sent out to RF to be shipped. Somehow, our shipping request email was not received by RF.
Since we did not follow up on this replacement ticket we take full responsibility for the delay.
We will refund full value of the needle valve back to your account to make up for the lost time.
