stock issue

well i decided i was gonig to move the tom. clown and the damsel out of my 20. and i was wondering if i could go with some small fish and keep a 6-line wrasse, a royal gramma, occ. clown and a citron clown gobie. are these fish compadible and do anyone have experiences with the citrons?

i know i can only have one inch every 2 gallons. but those 4 fish are small. i also like the midas blenny does any know anything about them?
