Stock Question for 60 Gallon Cube

So I am going to be starting my first tank here very soon, and have almost everything set up. Based on everything I have read I will probably let my tank cycle for 3-4 weeks, just to make sure things are solid. That being said I am going to have a reef tank, with varied beginner corals in the first year as I build experience. What do you think of the below types of fish, as well as total number of fish:

2 clowns
1 Midas Blenny
3 Blue Reef Chromis
1 Yellow Stripe Cardinalfish
2 Shrimp (will pick out type or types at some point)
varied CUC

I could add a few more Chromis, or the blue/green Chromis as well if the tank could handle it. But I don't want to max out my bioload too early, so want to take it slow.

I am told I should add all of the fish at one time so they can set up their own space, agree?

If this is a new tank I definitely would NOT add them all at once. I would start with two or three fish and add more a week later. In a 60 gallon tank the Chromis are most likely going to kill each other off until only one is left. On occasion someone will get lucky and be able to keep multiples in a small tank, but usually only the strongest will survive. It helps to have a lot of holes and small caves for them to be able to hide in, but I would say the chances of them living for more than a couple of months together is small. Add the clowns last as they are not going to welcome new comers.
