i have a 3 line damsel in a 15gal. 22lbs sand, 25lbs LR.

what would be a good fish to add? could i add another?

I probably would leave well enough alone. Damsel fish can be aggressive. Do you have a species name for that fish? A small fish, like a neon goby, might be fine, if the damsel doesn't get nasty.
