What if any fish can I put in a 2.5G Pico. I was thinking one or two fish some really small stuff though, like a shrimp goby or something like that. Let me know what you guys suggest.

except those only live like 6 months in the wild i believe (read about that somewhere). And i've only seen them at one lfs by me so i dont think they're all that easy to come across, but they are sposed to be pretty easy to keep and they're cheap.

I personally would not go with a fish in a 2.4 gallon. I think it is to small for any fish. Would you like to live in a tiny box? Instead why not go with an interesting crab or shrimp. That would be a better choice.

well you have to watch how the fish in question acts. I've got a little gobie in a 3g pico. The thing does not move a whole ton at all. Every now and then he'll hop around, but mostly these little guys hover in one spot or just burry themselves w/just their heads popping out.

In fact, i would say that it moves less than the hermit crab that is in there haha. Even when it was in a bigger tank (my 29) it stayed within around a 12 inch radius. Hardly left its little home.

Well, if he only has a few inches of space to move around, I can understand how one would think that a goby won't move much.

I have a spike fin goby and a yellow clown goby in my 3 gallon, and I will soon be getting a small regular clown for it, and a clown goby for my 1/2 gallon pico

IMO thats way to many fish for a 3 gallon. A clown will get 3'' that would give it almost no room to move.
