I have moved one of my 55g tanks to a public place and am setting it up. It has been up for 6 months with a mandarin in it essentially empty. I have it up and ready to go and am ordering fish. This is my expected order. Any other ideas or changes that might need to be made?

SW - Royal Gramma Basslet (Caribbean) - Medium $ 7.99 x = $7.99

SW - Snowflake Eel (Indo Pacific) - Medium $ 29.99 x = $29.99

- Ocellaris Clownfish - Tank-Bred (USA) $ 19.99 x = $19.99

SW - Blue Tang (Indo Pacific) - Small $ 39.99 x = $39.99

- Foxface Lo (Indo Pacific) - Large $ 59.99 x = $59.99

Personally IMO I dont think a Blue tang is going to be a good "fit" for that tank. A snowflake eel might like to snack on the gramma or the clowns, since they are smaller fish....

Have you researched the fish you are purchasing?

Also if anyone orders online who do you use? I have looked at both foster and smith pricing as well as saltwaterfish.com and saltwaterfish was much cheeper. Is Foster and smith that much better?

Hmmm....I have a feeling you'll be in for some big nitrate/algae problems down the road with that stocking list for a 55g. Foxface Lo's get to about 9", which is much too big for a 55g. I wouldn't think you'd want any tang in a 55g either. I have a 53g tank, so I know I have a lot of limitatioins on stocking it. I've been tempted many times to get a small tang, because they are my favorite fish, with the intention to trade him or sell him when it gets too big for my tank, but I've avoided the temptation.
