Stocking a nanocube!

Hello everyone! I'm a newbie to saltwater aquarium keeping, and am just looking to start with nanocube. Either the 3gallon picotope, the 6gallon nanocube, or the 12gallon nanocube. I've read suggestions that clownfish is a good choice, and so are certain crabs and shrimp. Can anyone suggest setups for each/one of the tank sizes? Like, can I keep coral, live rock anomones etc?

And was is live sand? Or live rock for that matter really.

Thanks! :D

I recommend the 12 because the more water volume the better (not gonna get into detail too much to list  ) i had a 12 i shared with my uncle and it contained:
2 onyx clowns
1 firefish
1 coral banded shrimp
about 20lbs of rock
corals to the point the tank was filled and then we upgraded to the 24

For the three gallon I would suggest a large shrimp or some sort of invertebrae. For the six gallon an individual damsel might work well, and as for the twelve gallon I think one 3-4 inch fish or two 2 inch fish might work. Just some ideas! :)
