Stocking my refugium

I have a 46 gal bowfront with a 10 gallon refugium, is the following a good start to stock it with? This is what someone recommended.

3 Macro Algae
5 Spaghetti Worms
5 Bristle Worms
3 Cleaner Clams
10 snails
1/4 LB. Lithothamnion

Any input would be appreciated.

Looks good, but can you say why you'd go with Lithothamnion instead of Chaetomorpha?
