Stocking new tank (not all at once!)

Starting to make final plans for stocking of my JBJ 30g rimless and wanted some feedback/input.

My initial idea is a pair of clown with something to host, a dwarf golden moray, some species of wrasse for activity, and a goby/shrimp combo.

Any feedback or different ideas on this list?

If you get the eel I would keep it alone. Tank size is good for blenny, goby, clown. Something small. Maybe a fairy wrasse or small hawk. I have a small chalk bass that is awesome in my 40

Even a dwarf? I have kept them before, albeit a larger tank, but they are about the size of a pencil. My only concern with keeping one with the other fish is bioload.

I just would prefer ot being alone so it does not snack on fish I like in the tank. Not that you cant do it. You can het a skimmer that would help with the messy eaters a bit.
