Stocking Opinion

Just wanted an opinion on whether my tank would be overstocked with this list (based on expected adult sizes of fish). My tank is 400 gallons (6' x 3' x 3') FOWLR, sump 80 gallons with protein skimmer, 3 ocean clear canister filters.

Fish I already have:

Personifer Angel
Blue-Spotted Puffer
Bird-Beak Wrasse
Flame Angel
Lemon Peel Angel
Naso Tang

Fish I would like:

Pair Crosshatch Triggers
Harlequin Tusk
Golden Puffer
Black Puffer (Solomon Island)
Emporer or Conspicuous Angel
Clown Trigger
