stocking query

Ok almost ready to put my tank together been looking at what I will be stocking my sump hasn't arrived so I don't know the total water volume should be around 130-140 gallons.

Can people recommend cuc for a bare bottom tank that are reef safe.

Inverts I want:

Fire shrimp
cleaner shrimp

The fish I want to keep

2xcommon clown
2xBangi Cardinal
1xPurple Firefish
1xRoyal Dottyback

I would like a mandarin but I have read they can be difficult as they are picky eaters

Are these fish compatible and are they best to be kept in pairs or single?

Forgot to add what is the best order to add these fish as I read clown fish can give new inhabitants a hard time should they be added last or first as they are hardy fish.

Clowns are damsels, so they are indeed hardy, and are also nasty. if you go with clowns, add them last. The dottyback should also be at the tail end of your stocking order.

Unless you can find a mandy that you have verified is eating prepared foods, you're going to want to wait till the tank matures a bit. The reason I say "verify" is because I've heard of a lot of peeps on various forums buying the CB specimens that were supposed to be eating, but haven't been.
