Stonogobiops nematodes

hello to all around
i want the advice about the goby called Stonogobiops nematodes , from when i buy it, (last tuesday) i don't ever seen it again..... the fish came alone with out pistol shrimp cause on store the shrimp was die on transportation , this is means maybe the gobie die??

On same tank i have a bi color blenny 2 clowns and many of LR,

I had one I rarely saw for the first two weeks I had it. I wouldnt worry too much for a while.

Make sure the goby is dead before you presume it is. I have a Stonogobiops yashia that was presumed dead for six months - we saw it occasionally for a month before he disappeared, bought a S. nematodes for the pistol shrimp, and they paired so we assumed the Yasha was dead - before we saw him again. Gobyface actually went through a lot - we dug up the rock work looking for him, and he was in the tank when we moved it to my dorm, and then he sat through a month-long cycle without food - so I'm really surprised he's eating well and being friendly.

Basically, you might not see your fish for some time. He may be afraid of the other fish, or he might just be acclimating to the new home (mine is in a tank with only hermits and shrimp). You could maybe get another pistol for him, he might pair up again and come out more.
