Stonogobios nematodes...shy?

I have a 55 gallon aquarium, that currently houses a pair of banggai cardinalfish, a pair of ocellaris(? could be percula?) clownfish, and a pair of barbershop pole gobies (S. nematodes). Now, the gobies aren't very outgoing, usually peeking out of a hole in the rock, and only coming out to eat. Are they supposed to act this way? I wasn't expecting outgoing at all, but...a sign that they're alive every once in a while would be vastly appreciated. I usually only see their heads in the shadow of the rock they've claimed home, but will they ever be less shy? I barely even see them during feeding time as well, I don't even think I've seen the entire body of one since introducing them to my tank! Is there any way to get them to be less shy? The banggai's were only introduced 3 weeks ago, with the clownfish being added yesterday. Before that, there was a pair of kupang damselfish that I removed. The gobies were added around thanksgiving.

Patience! They'll probably move to a better spot once they're more comfortable in the tank. The pair I used to have had made a burrow way in the back and stayed there for awhile before moving to the front of the tank ... A pistol shrimp helped them feel mora at home also. It seems they were more sedentary with the shrimp.

Right now I have yasha waiting for a mate and a pistol ... Unfortunately my lfs keeps getting them DOA ... And it moves every few weeks ... Sometimes it's really visible and sometimes I don't see it for a week or two... I think the least shy of the stonogobiops is the Dracula.
