im planning on visiting the store this weekend the 23 and i was wondering would it be better for me to call in my order this week and pick it up on sat or could i just come in and get it all? ill prob get some livestock while im there but that will depend on what i find. most of my order is dry goods. also how does this work can we look around at the live stock or is there a section set aside for walkin customers. thanks dave

Hi Dave,
We generally do not do pickups on Saturday, but if you have a lot of drygoods items. You could order on Thursday, to give our full time shipping guys time to pull your order and we can have it set up front. Then you could pickup when you get here Saturday.
If you wanted Livestock, you would still need to wait in line to be helped though. Our entire "Livestock" area is open, so you can browse around and look. The drygoods warehouse is restricted, so the sales staff pulls the items if you need anything.
We use a sign up sheet when you get here. You just sign your name on the list and then the sales people call everyone in order from the sign up sheet. This way you can browse around and look at fish and corals without worrying about loosing your place in line.
If you decide to do the pickup and decide you don't need livestock though, you can just go direct to the cashier and ask to pickup your order.
