Hello everyone!

Getting back into the hobby now that I'm all settled into life down here. I'm not too familiar with everything down here yet so I'm wondering what everyone's recommendations are for good stores in the broward county area are

I'm not sure where you moved from but welcome. There are many stores locally and many offer great service. Are you looking for something specific? If you post a more specific question maybe that will get you some answers. I had someone help me with the complete process in order to avoid rookie mistakes. Would be happy to forward his info if you care.

I moved here from destin fl, we didn't have any stores up there. Im looking for stores that carry great selections of corals, fish and live rock but most of all great customer service. so far ive found exotic aquatic and coral reef farm

Destin beach is beautiful I was there this past thanksgiving. Anyways I think strictly fish has great selection of corals and rock

looks like you found 2 good ones already. try marine net on weekends. they are in sunrise.

havent visited the new coral reef farm yet.

Top 5 on my list:
Barrier Reef- Boca Raton, Exotic Aquatic- Oakland Park, Elite Marine- Pompano Beach, Marine.net- Sunrise, and Oceanview - Miami. there are others but start with these and you will not be disappointed... Also join Florida Marine Aquarium Society FMAS. Good people with lots of information and willing to help.

Cheap- like $20-$30 a year depending if individual or Family. Well worth it.
